Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have when using Engram.

Last updated: 17/10/2026

1. Data we collect

We collect the email address you submit when you join the waitlist or contact us. We may also collect limited technical data that is necessary for the website to function properly, such as basic session information used for security and form handling.

The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels.

2. How we use your data

We use your email address to:

  • Manage the waitlist
  • Send product updates or access-related messages
  • Reply to your requests
  • Keep the service running securely.

If you receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in those emails.

3. Legal basis

We process your personal data based on your consent when you submit it, and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the website, maintaining security, and responding to requests.

4. Data retention

We keep waitlist emails only for as long as necessary to manage the waitlist and related project communications, and we periodically remove records that are no longer useful. If you ask us to delete your data, we will remove it unless we are required to keep it for legal or security reasons.

5. Sharing and processors

We do not sell your data. We may rely on technical service providers to host and operate the website and email delivery services.

Those providers only receive the data they need to perform their services.

We also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser may contact Google when a page is displayed.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, and to object to certain processing activities.

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@engram-ai.fr.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.

7. Cookies

We may use strictly necessary cookies or equivalent technologies to keep the website functioning, such as session, security, or form-related cookies created by the framework. These cookies do not track you for advertising or analytics purposes. If tracking or marketing tools are added in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

8. Contact

If you have any question about this policy or how we handle data, please email contact@engram-ai.fr.
